Synopsis
Caleb, a coder at the world's largest internet company, wins a competition to spend a week at a private mountain retreat belonging to Nathan, the reclusive CEO of the company. But when Caleb arrives at the remote location he finds that he will have to participate in a strange and fascinating experiment in which he must interact with the world's first true artificial intelligence, housed in the body of a beautiful robot girl.

En voilà un scénario original, mais d’une lenteur pas possible.
Noté 7/10 par Anthony Ramos "Même si la science-fiction n’est pas forcément mon genre de prédilection, surtout quand elle se déploie dans des univers futuristes lointains, Ex Machina m’a agréablement surpris avec son approche plus réaliste, ancrée dans un futur proche. Ce huis clos immersif met en avant des personnages aux personnalités bien affirmées, et les nombreux retournements de situation insufflent une dynamique captivante, évitant l’écueil de la monotonie. L’IA, véritable protagoniste du film, parvient à susciter de fortes émotions, et la performance des acteurs renforce l’impact de ces interactions. Cependant, le film manque un peu de profondeur, avec un nombre limité de personnages et un scénario qui, bien que solide, aurait pu être encore plus poussé, notamment dans l’exploration des dilemmes éthiques et des implications de l’IA. La fin, audacieuse et marquante, peut diviser les spectateurs mais reste un choix scénaristique puissant et mémorable. En somme, Ex Machina est un film que je recommande, car il met en lumière les enjeux de l’innovation tout en questionnant les conséquences de notre quête de progrès."
Franchement j’ai adoré Les changements de situation, le caractère de Nathan, l’ambiance désagréable tout du long et la fin était vraiment cool. Pousse à se questionner et sur les IA, leurs façons d’arriver à leurs objectifs et les relations qu’auront les humains avec elles (sociales, sexuelles …)
