Synopsis
At the beginning of the 1940s, in a France occupied by Nazi forces, lived the Jewish Joffo family. Happy and tight-knit, she sees her future darken when all members of the family are forced to wear the yellow star. Fearing the worst, the parents organized their family to flee to the free zone in the south of the country. Maurice, twelve years old, and Joseph, ten years old, will therefore leave alone in order to maximize their chances of finding their older brothers already settled in Nice. The brothers left to their own devices demonstrate an incredible amount of cleverness, courage, and ingenuity to escape the enemy invasion and to try to reunite their family once again.

Un sac de billes est un film d’une délicatesse bouleversante. À travers le regard de deux enfants, il révèle la fragilité de l’innocence face à la violence de l’Histoire. Chaque scène est empreinte d’une humanité profonde, magnifiée par le jeu exceptionnel des jeunes acteurs, capables de transmettre la peur, la tendresse et l’espoir avec une vérité désarmante. Le récit avance comme un souffle, parfois lourd, parfois lumineux, mais toujours sincère. C’est une œuvre qui marque durablement, un témoignage sensible et essentiel.
Histoire vraiment émouvante avec un final exceptionnel 👍
Film incroyable en émotions du début à la fin, l'histoire est dingue comme beaucoup de films sur la seconde guerre. On perçoit la gentillesse et l'horreur de certaines personnes à des moments critiques. C'est beau et représentatif de l'Homme. On se rend compte aussi du courage qu'il fallait poir franchir et la chance qui peut sauver dans des situations pour s'en sortir. La fin est magnifique quand on voit Jo qui sauve les collabos et aussi quand il retrouve sa famille sans son père...
