Synopsis
Newly transferred to the bustling port city of Marseille to assist with a crackdown on organized crime, energetic young magistrate Pierre Michel is given a rapid-fire tutorial on the ins and outs of an out-of-control drug trade. Pierre's wildly ambitious mission is to take on the French Connection, a highly organized operation that controls the city's underground heroin economy and is overseen by the notorious —and reputedly untouchable— Gaetan Zampa. Fearless, determined and willing to go the distance, Pierre plunges into an underworld world of insane danger and ruthless criminals.

Une excellente reconstitution historique bien que librement inspirée de la réalité comme le dit l introduction du film. Dejardin et son habituel acolyte Gilles LELLOUCHE sont très convaincants ainsi que Magimel Une réussite Scénario 8/10 Mise en scène 8/10 Note réelle 7,5/10

« La French », le duel entre 2 copains dans la vraie vie mais pas au cinéma ; un juge et un parrain de la drogue dans les années 70. Qui l’emportera ? J’crois pas l’avoir déjà vu. L’affiche oui mais le film aucun souvenir donnnnnc, pas vu. Rien à dire de spécial, un thriller impeccable, bien joué, prenant. Content même après 10 ans d’avoir rattrapé mon retard P.S : ça peut faire touuuuut ça un juge ?
