Autour de la question du deuil le jeu impressionant des acteurs, qui dénouent le cheminement douloureux après la perte insupportable d un enfant. Cette disparition opère comme une déflagration au cœur d une bulle sociale très particulière d ultra privilégiés , la communauté des expats a Hong Kong. De ces gens qui ont tout aux personnes à leur service qui ont si peu, on perçoit aussi comment ces strates sociales conditionnent l experience de la douleur. Cependant nous même nous trouvons pris dans un flot d empathie pour des gens et un monde dont nous ignorons tout mais dont la trajectoire raisonne profondément.
